Kiss from me to you

Red lips at the ready. I'm so prepared for anything when I feel this good.
Off to register at my local library, write a CV, do my yummy food shopping (on a damn budget that is) and possibly go to a workout class for good measure, if not maybe just a nice stroll with a book I have gotten out from the library!

As I have just finished my year at East 15 Acting school in London, I am now looking for jobs to do with television, film, extra work, a runner and also any auditions - if anyone has any connections with agents or television crews/casting directors or even just ideas and tips on how to go about it, please let me know, I'd really really appreciate it. London based by the way. Thank-you so much!

P.s. get in touch if you are actors in London, I'd love to hear about your experiences in the business so far!!

Big love, Jessica

Silver

Morning everyone.
I hope life is treating you well and easter is filled with lots of family-filled fun! Mine definitely is...some would say TOO much! My family are all about the overindulging at get togethers and my oh my my tummy is paying for it!

I have been charity shop shopping this weekend and bought a few films. I love adding to my film and book collection, especially when it means giving to charity! I bought 101 Dalmations, Chocolat and the 90210 Season 1 box set (with a missing disc!). However, with the other 6 discs I have been since watching the first season and getting once again obsessed! I LOVED 90210 first season but completely forgot what happened...so it's been a treat to re-live it all.
I adore Erin Silvers character played by Jessica Stroup in the first season. She's so cool, plus she's so beautiful...I much prefer her with her longer hair.

I love this dress, it's from American Apparel. I have it in green but I quite like the silver one!

Who remembers this advert coming on E4 and thinking Oh My God I NEED to watch this!?!?

As it has been family get togethers this weekend I've also done a lot of baking and cooking! I made a yummy fish pie with my mummy and then I baked a delish sticky toffee pudding filled with lots of medjool dates (my fave!). It went down a treat!

I am so excited about next week as I go back to lovely London! I have missed the wonders of the capital, the treats at Wholefoods and my vigorous classes at Pineapple Dance Studios! Plus the fashions of london, it's so magical to style stalk in town...people are so adventurous and daring - and I love that! Nothing like a bit of a fashion show while coffee-ing in Covent Garden!

I hope everyone is having a lovely easter!

What are you missing right now?

Back in the day

Morning all
Happy Birthday to my lovely Mummy!

Today will be lovely, apart from the rainy weather! It's back and it's horrible. I love the sun, why does it have to disappear? The UK northern weather sucks, I'm sure you'd all agree.

This morning I have received ASOS May 2012 magazine in the post which I'm excited about! It has a spread on 'TELLY ADDICTS' and although this isn't me (as I really don't have time for telly) it does remind me of everything I love to watch.

The Olsens in Two of a Kind (MAN, I miss this show!!)

Plus it got me thinking of my old loves when it comes to telly watching. I used to watch everything under the sun, usually to avoid homework, but yes, I do miss it sometimes-sitting on the couch for hours on end watching every soap, reality and cooking show there is!

Sabrina the Teenage Witch

I have also been on Oyster Mags website and they had an article on 90's television shows. Most of them were american and maybe a little old for me to have watched, but one that did stand out was 'The Secret World of Alex Mack' - I LOVED that show!

The Secret World of Alex Mack Intro

Plus I had my friend over at the weekend and we were discussing shows from the 90's, things we watched growing up. I am very tempted to save a bit of money and order all the box sets of my favourite childhood shows. Mainly Two of a Kind (obviously being the Olsen fan I am), Sister Sister, Lizzie McGuire, The Rugrats, Saved by the Bell and Sabrina the Teenage Witch!

Which was your favourite childhood television show?

Watching these clips have seriously got me missing the 90's...maybe I'll have a day devoted to it soon. I best get ordering my box sets! Maybe I should go wild and order them all on VHS instead!!
